Understanding the details of dental insurance can be confusing, but we're here to assist you in finding the information you need. At The Dental Office of J. Larry Brewer, we are a PPO insurance provider for Delta Dental and Blue Cross/Blue Shield, but we're happy to file all claims.

It can be a little complicated to understand all the ins and outs of dental insurance, but we're here to help you get all the answers you need. Gloria McElhaney is our insurance specialist and has extensive experience in filing medical and dental claims. She's been doing it for 30 years, so if anyone can find the answer you need, it's Gloria!

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

If your insurance covers treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire. Please remember that insurance is a benefit for you. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.

Of course we are also happy to accept cash and personal checks as well as MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. If you have any questions at all about covering the cost of your dental treatment, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
